The 2025 Ballon d’Or was the 69th edition of football’s most prestigious individual award, organized by France Football. Unlike previous years, the award was based on the 2024–25 season rather than the calendar year.

The ceremony took place on 22 September 2025 at the Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris.
